Program description

Playful Software operates an SMS customer care program. Playful is a platform that lets people build and publish their own applications without writing code. Our customers and beta testers use SMS to reach our support team, report bugs, and ask questions about their account. We use SMS only to respond to those requests and to follow up on them.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to opt in

Text SUPPORT to +1 (350) 305-4974.

By texting us, you agree to receive SMS messages from Playful Software regarding your account, your support requests, and the bug reports you submit. We only send messages to people who have texted us first.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how often you contact our support team.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Playful does not charge for this service; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send you further messages. Reply START to resume.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
